Watershed Planning page.Watershed Stewardship Resource Center (WSRC).August 2010.- The County has been awarded federal EPA grant funds to help create a new customer assistance desk for land owners, developers, builders, realtors and interested citizens alike. The watershed center is planned to be an optional one stop shop for educational information, staff consultation and permit application assistance. The project will help applicants reduce permit review timelines and promote voluntary low impact development and other best management practices as a non-regulatory approach to meeting existing environmental protection requirements for stormwater, shorelines, critical areas and more.
